GENERAL CONDITIONS

For a guaranteed reservation, book through our reservation system on our website.
You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
If you want to cancel or change your reservation later than 24 hours before the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show we will charge the first night.
On the day of arrival you can go to your room from 3 pm.
A valid ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room, if it is found that smoking has occurred in the room, a fine of €150 will be imposed.
Should the fire alarm go off due to smoking in the room, the hotel has the right to remove you and a fine of €275 will be imposed.
Candles and incense sticks in the room are strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons.
Dogs and cats are not allowed to stay in the hotel, in the event of a violation we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €150.
Our check-out time is 11 am at the latest. We kindly ask you to vacate your room on time.
For reserved groups from 4 rooms per night, the cancellation conditions for groups according to the Uniforme Conditions Horeca apply.
