At Boutique Hotel Weesp, we do everything we can to make your stay special and carefree. That’s why we keep our conditions clear, friendly, and transparent.

Reservations & Arrival

Guaranteed reservation
A reservation is guaranteed as soon as it has been completed through our online reservation system.

No-show

If you do not show up without cancelling, we will charge the full amount of the booking.

Check-in & identification

From 3:00 PM you are warmly welcome to check in.
Upon arrival, we ask for a valid ID.

Check-out

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room no later than 11:00 AM.

Smoking & Safety

Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and at the entrance.
If smoking is detected, a €150 fine will be charged.

Fire alarm
If smoking in the room triggers the fire alarm, the hotel has the right to remove the guest. In this case, a €275 fine will be imposed.

Candles & incense
For safety reasons, candles, incense, and other open flames are not allowed in the rooms.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy (individual reservations)

We understand that plans can change; therefore, we keep our conditions friendly and clear.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours before arrival, we charge 100% of the total stay.
In case of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation can be done easily by email; we always send a confirmation back.

Group Cancellation Policy

For group reservations of 4 rooms or more per night, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply.
These conditions will be clearly communicated and provided at the time of booking.
